Conditional Use Permit Application: Duplex in R-10

A Conditional Use Permit for a Duplex in R-10 zoning. While there is an established history of duplexes in R-10, the current version of the ordinance requires a Conditional Use Permit.

Conditional Use Permit: Cluster Subdivision
11th Street Subdivision
A Conditional Use Permit submitted by RHH Land Investors to develop a Subdivision using the standards in Article 15: Cluster Subdivision. A residential cluster development allows a development design wherein conventional zoning standards are relaxed to permit modifications in lot area, width, frontage, coverage, required yard, and public street access, to save infrastructure development costs and to provide more useable open space.
