The public will take notice that the City of Southport Board of Aldermen will meet on Thursday, October 10th at 6 PM at the Rivermist Amenity Center located at 5211 Flank Court for the purpose of holding a public hearings on:

Zoning Map Amendment
BD to R-10
RZ 19-0710-01

A zoning map amendment application that would rezone 15 properties from BD to R-10
along the Lord Street and Caswell Avenue corridors between 8th and 11th streets. These
are residential properties that have always been zoned business district. City staff is
looking to fix this issue.
