Because of Covid -19 and in order to help with the safety and wellness of our citizens and employees, our office is currently closed to the public.

We have also waived the $5.00 convenience fee to pay online or over the phone @ 910-363-1002.  There is a blue drop box located at 1029 N Howe St by the entrance to the City Hall parking lot on West 11th Street.

Furthermore, we will not be doing disconnections at this time. However, in an effort to avoid having increasing balances that will be difficult to pay, please consider making payments if you are able, or pay what you can on your account.
