meet on Tuesday, August 27, at 4:30 at the Southport Fire Substation, located at 111
E. Nash Street for the purpose of holding an evidentiary quasi-judicial hearing on:
Conditional Use Permit Application, Accessory Dwelling
An Application for a CUP Home Occupation at 316 W. Brunswick St. The conditional
use permit is for the applicant to build a 369 sf accessory dwelling over a proposed
garage in the rear yard of the property.
